After a marvelous New Years Eve celebration, everyone enjoyed a country breakfast the next day. Several hours were spent discussing exciting adventures, fabulous books, and interesting people.
Sky and I took a walk at Norton Creek to work off breakfast and getting ready for the traditional New Year's Day meal!
We stayed at the Hemlock House, designed by Margit Worsham and built from Hemlock's harvested on their property.
Margit is an inspired artist and shared her joy with several of the guests, this is Nancy working on her first canvas.
The result was brilliant, Jane also tried her hand and both women produced some beautiful work. I would like to try this someday.
